 Stiven is a key figure in the day-to-day operational management of the facility. He graduated in Law from the University of Tirana in 2014, combining analytical skills with a strong focus on patient wellbeing and experience. He started his career at Gremi Clinic in 2016 as a guide for international patients, serving as their first point of contact and support throughout their treatment journey. In 2017, he was appointed General Coordinator, playing a decisive role in optimizing workflows and continuously improving services. In April 2024, he was promoted to Vice Director, overseeing strategic coordination, interdepartmental communication, and ensuring a “premium” standard for every patient. His extensive field experience, alongside his ability to build trust and transparency at every stage of treatment, make Stiven one of the pillars behind Gremi Clinic’s success in dental tourism.
